Final paper submission process
- Register for the workshop.
- Submit the signed copyright form.
- Submit the manuscripts.
1. Register for the conference
- Complete the registration form, either online on the ICST website or via fax/mail (instructions and form: word , pdf ). Your paper will not be included in the proceedings unless you have successfully registered.
- After you have registered for the workshop, you will be sent an upload location within 2-3 business days. At the upload location, you will be asked to submit your paper either in Microsoft Word, WordPerfect or LaTex format. Additionally, you will be provided with a site for the ACM copyright form.
- Please, note that your registration takes up to 48 hours for the bank to process so please do not expect the upload web address immediately. If you do not receive the upload location within 3 days, please contact ICST registration .
- One author for each paper must register at a non-student rate, even if all authors are students.
- One registration covers two papers of those authors who have multiple papers accepted.
2. Submit the signed copyright form
- Please FAX the ACM Copyright form, provided at the upload site to ICST at + (36)-1-3494355 or e-mail it to <zita (DOT) rozsa (AT) icst (DOT) org>.
- You will be notified ONLY if your copyright form is not complete.
3. Submit your manuscripts
- Final manuscripts must be submitted by August 4, 2006
- The final paper must be up to 10 pages long.
- Up to 2 extra pages will be allowed (for a maximum total length of 12 pages), at an overlength charge of $100 per page, which should be sent along with the registration form.
- Please, follow the ACM guidelines to format your paper ( please, note that the current guidelines refer to the QShine '06 conference. Updated guidelines for SMCtools '06 will be available soon ).
